Mary Ann Sgarlata, LYFO Committee

Mary Ann is a trigeminal neuralgia patient, advocate, and Laugh Your Face Off volunteer. Diagnosed with TN in 2010, she experienced firsthand the devastating impact of this rare facial pain condition. After a successful microvascular decompression (MVD) surgery in 2012, Mary Ann is now pain-free and passionate about sharing her story, raising awareness, and supporting research to help bring hope to others living with TN.

Outside of advocacy, Mary Ann enjoys spending time with her family, including volunteering alongside her daughter, Kim, to support a cause that has deeply impacted their lives.
